5. One the patient end, double swivel connector and fixed L connector is optional.

6. One the circuit end, 15mmF and 22mmF is optional ( no 22mmF for smoothbore type)

7. Double Swivel connector with cap allows suction and bronchoscopy.

8. Double Swivel connector moves with circuit to reduce torque at the patient.
